Angkor Cycling Tour
Full day Tour - Temple pass required, not included in price – Everyday, 7.45 am start, 28 kms.
We start the day early and pick guests up at their hotel at 7:35am and transfer, via tuk tuk, to our tour office to size the correct mountain bike for each guest. We depart the office when ready and cycle along the beautiful Siem Reap River towards rd. 60 to collect the required Temple pass. We then cycle through the back route into Angkor Wat, where we will drop off the bikes and spend 2 hrs exploring this incredible temple. We then reunite with the bikes and cycle along the moat to South Gate village, where we stop at the Elephant House, to view the Elephants shelter. At South Gate of Angkor Thum City, we enter and climb to the summit of the wall, overlooking the moat and cycle around towards the Ghost Gate, where we will learn about the history of Angkor Thum City. We will then visit Prasat Bayon for around 45 mins before entering the Elephant Terrace, where we will enjoy a delicious traditional Khmer lunch.
After lunch we will cycle leisurely towards the hidden Ta Nei Temple, enclosed by the Ankor park rainforest, where we will spend 30 mins exploring this hidden gem. We leave Prasat Ta Nei and cycle on a single dirt track to Prasat Ta Phrom (Tombraider Temple) where we adventure for around 1 hr, before cycling back towards Siem Reap River on single dirt tracks and back into town, where we will transfer you to your hotel.
