Trekking De Kulen Mountain

Everyday- FULL Day Tour 6:00am finish 5:00pm. 20 km.

This tour departs early at 6:00 am from Siem Reap, heading towards Kulen Mountain. The journey covers a distance of 45km and takes approximately one hour by Vehicle. Upon reaching the Kulen hill checkpoint, there will be a short break for restrooms and to hydrate with water. The transfer continues for 12km, ascending to the 1000 lingams holy water flow and the magnificent waterfall of the mountain.

From there, the hiking adventure begins as you make your way to Preah Thom to visit the reclining Buddha, which takes about one hour. After the visit, you can pick up delicious snacks and fruits from the local market to sustain you during the hike to Bat Cave, passing through dirt roads and villages. At the entrance of Bat Cave, you will hike along a stone track and sandy path for a distance of 10km. Your guide will provide insights into the cave's history and the Hindu monks who once inhabited it.

Once the Bat Cave visit concludes, the journey continues to the Elephant pool, where you can marvel at the majestic statue of the King of the jungle, which holds significant religious importance during the construction of Angkor Wat. The next stop is Prasat Krbie Krab, located deep within the forest. After the visit, you will hike to Ang Long Thom village, where the vehicle will be waiting to transfer you to the waterfall for relaxation and refreshment.
