Cambodia cycling tour

Welcome to Cambodia Cycling Tour! Our 10-day cycling tour takes you through the mid of the Cardamom Mountains to the south sea of Cambodia. Every day, you will ride 80 km on the red dirt route and off-beaten paths. You will stay overnight at villager houses, guest houses, and local resorts to be in touch with locals and discover the country by bike.

Day 1: Siem Reap – City Tour, Free Day Cycling

Our local crew will greet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel for refreshment. Afterward, we will fit your bike for the Angkor cycling tour the next day. Our tour guide will take you around the city and show you the finest art of the Artisan d’Angkor boutique. After the visit, we will return to the hotel and have dinner at Angkor Theater escorted by our guide and driver.

Day 2: Siem Reap – Angkor Cycling Tour 37km

We will start the ride from the hotel through the beautiful Siem Reap river to get the 1-day pass at the ticket booth, then ride to the Angkor complex. We will visit four temples: Angkor Wat, Bayon, Ta Nie, and Ta Phrom temple. The ride will be 30% on the paved roads and 70% on the off-beaten tracks and the single tracks of the lost civilization forest. We will finish by bike at the hotel around 4 pm!

Day 3: Siem Reap – Battambang, Visit Erk Phnom Temple and Bat Cave for Sunset 80km

After an early breakfast at the hotel, our driver and guide will be ready at the lobby to help with luggage and backpacks into the vehicle to depart. There will be a 2-hour transfer to the biking point. As we arrive at the bike point, our waiting with the bike to fits everyone for departure. We will ride around the beautiful countryside of Battambang city and visit the oldest temple of Erk Phnom and enjoy the sunset at the bat cave. We will finish by vehicle at the hotel.

Day 4: Battambang – Samlut 80km

After an early breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer 45 minutes from the city to the biking point. Our crew will be waiting with the bikes for us to ride into the old villages of Khmer Rouge. We will stop to enjoy the river for lunch break. Then continue the ride through the most deforested landmine fields. No worries, the mines were removed 25 years ago. Today is a hard ride on the off-beaten tracks and elevation attitude. We will stay overnight at Samlut villager house.

Day 5: Samlut – Pramaoy 80km

After breakfast at the homestay, we will start to Pramaoy through off-beaten tracks losing village on the civil war battlefields around us with landmine fields. Today is one of the hard cycling days through the attitude. We will arrive at the homestay before sunset. Enjoy the village and dinner with the local family. We will stay overnight at Pramaoy villager house.

Day 6: Pramaoy – Veal Veaeng 80km

After breakfast at the homestay, we will start to Veal through new paved roads new village more local commercial and we will finish the local resort before sunset. We will stay overnight at a local resort in Veal Veaeng.

Day 7: Veal Veaeng – Ousam of the Cardamom Mountain 80km

After enjoying the resort and breakfast, we will transfer for 45 minutes to the bike point to start the most difficult ride throughout off-beaten tracks of the attitude of the Cardamoms Mountain. We will enjoy the beautiful landscape and remote villages until Ousam community. We will stay overnight at villager house.

Day 8: Ousam – Kos Kong Province 80km

After breakfast, we will start the ride to Kos Kong through the Chinese hydraulic electricity dam and enjoy the river during lunch break. Then arrive at the town around sunset! We will stay overnight in Kos Kong province.

Day 9: Kos Kong – Leisure Adventure by Boat to Kos Kong Island

In the morning, we will arrive at the dock to wait for the ferry to transfer us for 2 hours to enjoy the beach on the island. We will arrange a farewell party to celebrate our amazing ride through the most beautiful landscape and critical history that can’t be forgotten in the world history. We will stay overnight on the island.

Day 10: Kos Kong Province – Departs

In the morning, the ferry will be waiting for us to check out of the resort and then transfer us back to the city. Our crew can arrange a bus ticket to Phnom Penh for another 2 days’ leisure visit to the royal palace or museum before drop-off at the airport in Phnom Penh. Maybe you can carry on other adventures by bike through another itinerary from your inquiry. Also, we can arrange a ticket to Thailand for your other adventures before returning to your country.
